Our staff will maintain a current file for our clients that include the following items:
Current curriculum vitae.
Current medical license.
Current DEA certificate.
Current malpractice certificate.
Board Certificates.
CME hours.
Medical School Diploma.
Signed W-9
List of references.
When contracted to do so, our staff will complete applications on behalf or our clients and then forward them to our clients for signing. This service greatly reduces the time that our clients spend completing paperwork.
