ABC Medical Billing provides a complete service for a cost that is typically less than the cost incurred by the healthcare provider.

The services provided include:

1. Data entry of all patient information
2. Data base update, information accumulation, and data base maintenance
3. Claim entry, edit/audit, correction, and filing
4. Electronic claims and patient statement processing
5. Follow-up on claims including tracer letters and personal contact
6. Posting of all EOB’s
7. System software is installed and maintained by ABC Medical Billing

For maximum accuracy and efficiency, ABC Medical Billing submits claims electronically. Each claim is edited for accuracy, omissions and proper coding. The service includes extensive edits and audits of claims prior to submission to insure accurate and timely processing by the insurance payor. Claims are typically paid within ten to fourteen days and all posting is accomplished by ABC Medical Billing’s trained and experienced staff. ABC Medical Billing has a sophisticated automated follow-up system that includes personal contact and written follow-up to insure that each claim is paid properly. Detailed follow-up reports are issued to our clients on a weekly and monthly basis
